4. Modifies daily plan of care

6. Obtain and document informed consent

7. Perform preoperative work up

8. Order appropriate referrals

9. Order appropriate investigations

10. Interpret hemodynamic parameters in Critically ill Patients

11. Interpret laboratory radiology Result

12. Orders transfusions of blood and blood Products

13. Order appropriate medication and other oredrs

14. Prepare an appropriate discharge

summary Clinical Non Invasive Management

Perform office vedio laryngoscopynasopharynlscopy
Perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation
Ordersadjusts artificial feeding modalities
Participation in teaching and academic activities both intradepartmental interdepartmental
Have administrative control on the junior doctors and technical staff.

Clinical Invasive managemnt

Inserts central venous catheter
Performs oral endotracheal intubation tracheostomy.
