Mandate skills: R2R/Record to report + Accounting and reporting and reconciliation General ledger/P&L/JE (End to end RTR)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities as per schedule.
Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely in the accounting system.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Analyze account variances and provide explanations for fluctuations.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with other finance teams (AP, AR, Treasury) to resolve discrepancies.
Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documents and explanations.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Record to Report or Financial Accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
