Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Receptionist based in Kolkata. The Senior Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering phone calls professionally, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. They will oversee daily clerical tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations and foster a welcoming environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and the ability to manage records and appointments efficiently
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or related industry is a plus
• Ability to manage a dynamic environment and multitask effectively

Remunaration

• Upto Rs 20K per month depending upon experience & qualification

Working Hours

• 11 AM -9 PM ( One day off in a week)
