Job Description:
Swaasthyam Diagnostic & Wellness Centre, an upcoming diagnostic and wellness centre in Saphale, is looking for an experienced Senior Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and ensure smooth patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk and patient reception
• Handle patient registrations, appointments, and billing coordination
• Guide patients regarding services, reports, and departments
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Maintain patient records, registers, and daily reports
• Ensure a professional, courteous, and patient-friendly environment

Working Hours:
09:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience as a receptionist (hospital/clinic/diagnostic centre preferred)
• Good communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Management System preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 30k to 35k
