Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close property sales
  • Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals and prospecting
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing
  • Mentor junior agents and support team sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of real estate/automobile/insurance sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market
  • Proficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms


Salary: 40000-60000 per month
