Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Planning & Billing Department for highway, bridge, and road construction projects. The role involves managing quantities, cost control, and billing to ensure timely and accurate financial execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and manage BOQs, estimates, and quantity take-offs for highway and bridge worksHandle client and subcontractor billing, RA bills, and final billsMonitor project costs, budgets, and variations; control cost overrunsCoordinate with planning, execution, and accounts teams for progress trackingPrepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and MISEnsure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and measurement standards

Requirements

:Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering8–12 years of relevant experience in highways, roads, and bridge projectsStrong knowledge of billing, contracts, and quantity surveying practices
