PEB (

Developing and Implementing Quality Control Plans:
Inspections and Quality Monitoring
Data Analysis and Reporting
Audits and Compliance:
Client and Regulatory Interaction
Quality Improvement Initiatives
Supplier Quality Management
Training and Mentoring

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in quality management systems , statistical analysis tools, auditing techniques, and root cause analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical) or a related field, and potentially certification in quality management ).
5+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PEB standards, construction processes, and relevant regulations.

Specific to PEB:

Understanding of steel fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, and assembly.
Familiarity with PEB components, such as primary and secondary framing, roofing and wall systems.
Knowledge of relevant standards and codes for PEB construction
