Maintenance mechanical Engineer E nsuring the smooth and efficient operation of all mechanical systems and equipment within the PEB facility . A Senior Quality Engineer in a PEB ( Pre-Engineered Building) context will primarily focus on ensuring the quality of materials, fabrication, and construction of pre-engineered buildings. They will develop and implement quality control plans, conduct inspections, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, they will manage audits, interact with clients and regulatory bodies, and drive quality improvement initiatives within the PEB process. Responsibilities: Developing and Implementing Quality Control Plans: Inspections and Quality Monitoring Data Analysis and Reporting Audits and Compliance: Client and Regulatory Interaction Quality Improvement Initiatives Supplier Quality Management Training and Mentoring Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in quality management systems , statistical analysis tools, auditing techniques, and root cause analysis. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical) or a related field, and potentially certification in quality management ). 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of PEB standards, construction processes, and relevant regulations. Specific to PEB: Understanding of steel fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, and assembly. Familiarity with PEB components, such as primary and secondary framing, roofing and wall systems.
