Join us to make an impact on the communities we serve and advance health optimization on a global scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Overall regression automation and maintenance - Efficient communication and interaction with co-workers, management & customers - Collaboration with business analysts and programmers to create and analyze project documents - Compliance with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle - Development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for system and integration testing - Close collaboration with Developers and other QA engineers to deliver high-quality products - Creation, maintenance, and execution of test plans and test cases, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking, and participation in day-to-day QA Activities **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate degree or equivalent experience - 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience - 6+ years of experience with front-end and back-end Quality Engineering tools and methodologies - 6+ years of experience with test automation tools like TestNG, Selenium, Maven, and Jenkins - 6+ years of experience with defect tracking applications - 6+ years of experience with data testing SQL database query tools - 6+ years of experience creating, designing, and executing comprehensive test plans - 6+ years of experience developing high-level and detailed test strategy, test plans, test cases, test scripts, manual testing, test automation, and defect tracking using various tools such as ALM, Jenkins, Jira, Java, Oracle, etc. - 6+ years of experience STLC and functionality, system, regression, integration, Prod-Like, E2E - Proven experience with defect tracking applications - Ability to work Eastern or Central daytime hours - Well-versed in AI tools and their practical applications, with the ability to effectively adapt and integrate them into business processes - Real-time experience with LLM based AI tools like AI-SME, Test Case Generator, GitHub Copilot, and SQL Generator for test planning, scripting, and execution - Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools - Well-Versed in leveraging AI tools and technologies-including Python, Copilot, GenAI, and NLP-to drive innovation and seamlessly integrate intelligent solutions into business processes - Real-time experience with LLM based AI tools like AI-SME, Test Case Generator, GitHub Copilot, and SQL Generator for test planning, scripting, and execution,
