Senior Quality Engineer

As a Senior Quality Engineer or Senior Manager, your role will involve determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications. You will be responsible for assessing customer requirements to ensure they are met, setting customer service standards, and specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. Additionally, you will investigate and set standards for quality and health and safety, ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with both national and international standards. Collaborating with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to write management and technical reports, as well as customer charters, and identify training needs. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field.
