Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

As a talented and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous testing. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues and improve the overall user experience. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases based on software requirements and technical specifications. You will perform manual and automated testing across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop) to ensure optimal functionality and usability. Identifying, logging, tracking, and reporting defects in a timely and detailed manner, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues will be crucial. Additionally, you will create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports. Collaboration with the development team to ensure defects are understood, prioritized, and fixed is essential. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools like Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks. Conducting performance and load testing to ensure system stability under varying conditions will also be part of your responsibilities. You will participate in sprint planning and ensure adherence to software quality standards and processes. Engaging in exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and edge cases, as well as providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on test results, will be vital for success. The required skills for this role include proficiency in Playwright and JavaScript. You must have hands-on experience with web application testing techniques, proficiency in test automation tools such as Puppeteer, Protractor, Cypress, and Selenium Grid, and a strong understanding of frontend testing techniques. Knowledge of system debugging and performance analysis concepts, proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals, and strong communication skills are also necessary. Nice to have skills include experience with AI tools for automation testing and basic knowledge of performance testing and security testing. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience.,
