Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Executive to lead our Quality Assurance function in a reputed Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Unit.
The role involves overseeing IPQA, Documentation, Validation, and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring all activities meet cGMP & WHO-GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the QA team in daily quality operations.
• Oversee IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) activities in production & packing areas.
• Review and approve BMR, BPR, SOPs, and Change Controls.
• Handle Deviation, OOS, OOT, and CAPA investigations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with production, QC, and regulatory departments for smooth operations.
• Support internal and external audits (WHO, GMP, ISO, client audits).
• Ensure documentation control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Pharma / Chemistry).
• Experience: 5–8 years in QA Department of a Pharmaceutical Formulation Unit.
• Good knowledge of cGMP, Documentation Practices, IPQA, and QMS.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
