Role: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Strong expertise in Quality Assurance methodologies
• Proficient in Agile delivery practices
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Solid understanding of Java and Automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Test Management tools
• Familiarity with Selenium and other automation tools

Experience Range: 5+ years in QA and testing roles

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore

Desired Competencies

Must-Have:

• In-depth knowledge of QA processes and best practices
• Strong experience in functional, integration, and regression testing
• Ability to design and implement automation scripts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in performance testing and security testing
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Agile delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with system architecture and technical standards
• Quickly adapt to new domains and emerging technologies
• Provide detailed reporting and metrics on test coverage and quality
