Senior Qa Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily

  self, internal, and third-party (3P) inspection activities

  for the QA team.
• Prepare, submit, and track

  Corrective Action Plans (CAP)

  for internal audits, external inspections, customer complaints, and SQRs.
• Coordinate and communicate with

  buyers and third-party representatives

  to address and close quality issues identified during inspections.
• Share

  self-inspection reports

  along with supporting evidence (photos/screenshots) with buyers and third-party agencies through email.
• Maintain and share

  weekly customer review and rating summaries

  , including Walmart ratings, with buyer representatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain

  QA formats, checklists, and controls

  on the shop floor.
• Prepare training modules and conduct

  quality-related training sessions

  for the QA team as required.
• Prepare and maintain

  process, packing, and shop-floor documentation

  , including defect galleries, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Analyse inspection data and prepare

  internal and external inspection trend reports

  for various buyers.
• Act as a

  backup representative

  for LRM, TNA, and PP meetings and prepare MOM / notes when required.
• Act as a

  backup authority for internal sample approval / sign-off

  for all buyers.
• Actively participate in

  internal and external audits

  , and prepare, present, and maintain all audit-related documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  56 years of relevant experience in QA/QC/MEP
• Strong understanding of

  buyer compliance, inspection processes, CAP management, and audit handling, MEP

• Good communication skills for coordination with buyers and third-party agencies
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, and data analysis
