Job Description

Senior QA Engineer - ll Role & Responsibilities Creating and developing automation for the product, and optimizing automation with CI/CD Working side-by-side with developers and peers to create and execute test plans for new features prior to their announcement and release Determining the reproduction steps, scope, and impact of bugs to make it clear how to prioritize Escalating critical bugs and minimising the manual efforts in application testing and delivery. Providing feedback on new features prior to integrating them into future releases Must-have skills Experience with selenium and mobile app automation Experience with programming languages eg. Java/Python Understanding of TestNG framework Experience with Testrail or any other test case management system Experience with Software version control (eg. GIT) Understanding of mobile app automation tools/frameworks such as Appium, BrowserStack etc. Experience with designing end-to-end test-automation suite for module / component / product Solid understanding of test planning, test cases writing skills Clear communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Jmeter Nice-to-have skills Direct experience with testing Flutter apps Experience with white-box automation testing, API contract testing and quality assurance Experience 5+ years of experience in QA / Software testing 2+ years of experience in mobile app testing Degree An engineering or science background is preferred. A bachelor’s degree and above is preferred Specialisation in Computer science or MOOCs (edX, Coursera) certifications are bonus Show more Show less
