Senior QA Engineer

Automation Testing: Expertise in tools like Cypress. Manual Testing: Strong knowledge of test case creation, execution, and bug reporting. Programming/Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript for test API Testing: Experience with tools like Postman, Bruno, SOAP UI. Performance Testing: Familiarity with JMeter. Database/SQL: Ability to write complex queries for backend testing. CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating test suites into Azure DevOps pipelines. Version Control Systems: Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket

What You Will Be Doing:

• Define and implement process improvements across the QA function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Design and maintain testing frameworks that support scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation
• Collaborate with multiple teams to establish and refine quality processes, ensuring consistency across projects
• Develop best practices and guidelines for test planning, execution, and reporting
• Act as a subject matter expert on testing processes, providing guidance and support to engineering teams
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of modern testing tools and methodologies that align with business needs
• Drive continuous integration and delivery testing strategies to support high-velocity Mentor and coach engineers on adopting best practices for testing, refining testing processes, test architecture, automation strategies, and efficient execution
• Closely work with stakeholders to identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and improve overall product quality
• Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of Performance Bonus Scheme
