Senior QA Engineer

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior QA Engineer to join our technology team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a quality assurance professional with hands-on experience in testing chatbot and video bot solutions, along with a strong understanding of modern communication protocols and emerging technologies. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our customer engagement platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for chatbot and video bot applications. Perform end-to-end testing across various communication platforms, including mobile, web, and API layers. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to understand product requirements and user flows. Conduct regression, performance, and integration testing to ensure quality at every release. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve them promptly. Maintain and enhance automation test suites for continuous testing. Participate in sprint planning and contribute to agile QA processes. Must-Have Skills Proven experience in testing Chatbots and Video Bots . Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium). Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and machine learning-based product testing. Familiarity with WEBRTC Protocol for real-time communications. Experience with WhatsApp Business API and RCS (Rich Communication Services) . Understanding of A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging and telecom integrations. Scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting) is a plus. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI. Qualifications Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience in a product or platform-focused environment.
