Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and follow best practices. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript (Glide API), possess a solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and architecture, and demonstrate the ability to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities before opting for custom development. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable applications within the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications Required B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sgraduate (preferably from a reputed college or University) with a total experience of 6-8 years Skills and Experience Required The following abilities are desired in a ATF Resource. Experience with both ITSM, ATF and modules. Logical thinker. JavaScript (especially Glide API server/client-side scripting). Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. Ability to translate business processes and requirements into Auto Mated Testing solutions . Comfortable working with Service Portal, UI Pages, Catalog Items, etc. Can analyze and troubleshoot in form process issues. Ability to work with BAs, and Developers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Good at writing technical documentation and KB Articles.
