Senior QA Automation Engineer

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 7-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks using C#, .NET, NUnit, SpecFlow, and Selenium WebDriver. Your role will involve collaborating with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure continuous quality throughout the software development life cycle. You will own the end-to-end automation strategy for web, API, and backend systems, and build and maintain test pipelines in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis, drive issues to closure, mentor junior QA engineers, and contribute to best practices. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong coding experience in C# and .NET, expertise in Selenium WebDriver, NUnit/xUnit, and REST API testing tools such as Postman or RestSharp. A good understanding of OOP principles, debugging, and version control systems like Git is essential. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools like JIRA or Azure Boards is required. Exposure to performance or load testing would be advantageous. It would be nice to have experience with SpecFlow (BDD for .NET), testing applications hosted on Azure or other cloud platforms, and knowledge of security testing, code reviews, or DevSecOps.
