Job Description

Develop efficient and reusable automation code for new User Stories, and mentor other QA automation engineers.

Review automation code created by Scrum Team to ensure compliance with best coding practices and standards.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and reliability.
Continuously enhance and update automated test suites, contributing ideas for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation in the development lifecycle.
Work within Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and planning sessions.
Use and manage test and defect tracking tools like JIRA effectively.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges in test execution and communicate them to stakeholders.
Document changes and maintain clear test artifacts.
Act as an advisor or coach to junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
Other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience
in test automation using
Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit
with
Java
.
Hands-on experience with
Maven, Jenkins, Docker
for CI/CD integration.
Basic JavaScript and PL/SQL (Oracle) knowledge
.
Experience working in an
Agile/Scrum environment
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to automation challenges.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing mentorship to junior team members.
