Job Description

As Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality through the design, development, and execution of automated tests and frameworks, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products. You will ensure that the test automation frameworks are established and enhanced appropriately based on the software testing needs.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

Investigate automation user stories to be automated to produce automation tickets
Initiate refinement of automation tickets
Create test scripts from the automation tickets
Maintain existing test scripts
Ensure that scripts are running without issues
Report detected regression test bugs from automation tests
Enhance the framework as needed based on test automation needs
Establish and/or enhance the CI/CD pipelines for the test automation needs
Able to establish a test automation framework from scratch as needed
Weekly reporting of test automation status (regression bugs detected, test script issues, etc.)
Able to handle all sprint rituals on behalf of QA Lead
Able to coach QA Automation Engineers and provide automation team support with regards to handling framework issues and/or concerns
Work on tickets with minimal supervision

Are you the one

Minimum of 5 years of experience in WebDriver IO, Cypress and/or Playwright
Minimum 2 years of experience in Typescript
Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing and API testing using Postman
Familiar with CI/CD pipeline tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
