Job Description

We are looking for experienced

Senior Python Test Automation Engineers

to join our customer location at Pune with hybrid work options

.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions that ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Requirements

6+ years of experience in mobile and web automation testing.
Strong proficiency in Python for test automation development.
Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile testing on Android and iOS platforms.
Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for web automation testing.
Solid working knowledge of Robot Framework and PyTest for test automation.
Good understanding of software testing principles, testing lifecycle, and QA methodologies.
Experience in manual testing and functional validation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI for integrating automated tests.
Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (eg, Jira).
Exposure to API testing using Postman or Python Requests library.
Knowledge of performance and memory utilization testing tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Python.
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for web, mobile, and API testing.
Create, manage, and execute automated scripts using Appium, Selenium, and Robot Framework for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Perform API testing to validate functionality, reliability, performance, and security.
Analyze system requirements to ensure testability, completeness, and consistency.
Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (eg, Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support continuous testing and deployment.
Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to fostering a quality-first development culture.
