About the Role:

Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and optionally Go.
  
• Collaborate with developers to integrate components via Git and pull requests.
  
• Participate in system-level infrastructure projects that support engineering models.
  
• Work independently on short- to mid-term contracts, demonstrating adaptability and fast learning.
  
• Contribute to core system development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Debug production issues and provide ongoing support for deployed applications.
  
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  programming.
• Experience with

  Git

  for source control and working in collaborative development environments.
• Prior exposure to

  production support

  scenarios.
• Familiarity with

  GitHub

  or equivalent repository tools.
• Ability to work independently in a contract or consulting engagement format.
  

Good to Have (Optional):

• Working knowledge of

  Go (Golang)

  programming language.
• Familiarity with

  modelling techniques

  or modelling software, especially in engineering contexts.
• Experience working in system-level or infrastructure-focused development environments.
