Lead Python Developer

Location:

Job Summary:

Lead Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of backend systems using
Python
and related frameworks.
Integrate and optimize services using
TypeScript
and
Rust
for performance-critical components.
Architect and implement
CI/CD pipelines
to streamline development and deployment.
Work closely with DevOps to manage infrastructure and deployments on
AWS
.
Drive best practices in coding, testing, and system design across the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems ensuring reliability and scalability.
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10–12 years
of hands-on software development experience, with at least
3+ years in a lead role.
Strong proficiency in
Python
, with knowledge of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Practical experience with
TypeScript
and
Rust
(backend systems preferred).
Solid understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
Strong experience with
AWS cloud services
(Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
