Senior Python Developer

You are a highly skilled Senior Python Developer needed to join a growing team focused on building the next-generation Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python and Django. Additionally, you will contribute to modern DevOps workflows and cloud-based deployment strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems using Python and the Django framework. You will also build and enhance the web application layer of the IDP platform to ensure performance and scalability. Implementing microservices and APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations will be part of your tasks. You will manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure with a focus on deployment, scalability, and high availability. Developing and maintaining containerized applications using Docker and managing orchestration with Kubernetes will also be essential. Integration of event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar for asynchronous data processing will be a key aspect of your role. Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices is crucial. Collaboration with product managers, DevOps engineers, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions will be part of your routine. Participation in code reviews, performance tuning, and architectural discussions is expected from you. Required Skills & Experience: - 46 years of professional experience in Python programming. - Strong hands-on experience with Django framework for backend development. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and ORM systems. - Proven experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure. - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar in event-driven or distributed systems. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development methodologies. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
