The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading AI/ML projects, building data pipelines, and deploying production-grade models. This role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on experience in Python development, machine learning, and data engineering. Key Responsibilities: AI/ML & Data Science Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and insights. Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch . Apply statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation techniques to solve real-world problems. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization. Data Engineering Design and implement scalable ETL/data pipelines for large-scale data processing. Collaborate with data engineers to maintain high data quality and pipeline reliability. Optimize data storage and access strategies to ensure efficient data querying and analysis. Software Development Develop clean, modular, and well-documented Python code . Create and maintain REST APIs to serve machine learning models and analytics. Implement best practices in version control (Git), CI/CD, unit testing, and code review. Ensure deployment and monitoring of ML models in production environments. Team Leadership Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists. Lead AI/ML project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and DevOps. Good to Have: Gene AI Skills Experience with Gene AI tools or frameworks for enhancing analytical workflows. Ability to integrate Gene AI solutions into existing systems and data pipelines. Awareness of current trends and innovations in Gene AI and their application in business.
