• Perform in-depth reviews of Python code submitted by other engineers or junior reviewers.
• Verify that each solution meets functional requirements, follows instructions, and adheres to security best practices.
• Re-run or unit-test snippets in Docker-based sandboxes and provide concise, constructive feedback.
• Flag logic errors, edge-case failures, or unsafe patterns and recommend fixes.
• Track review outcomes against turnaround and quality metrics in a rubric-driven workflow.
• Collaborate asynchronously with team leads to refine guidelines and document recurring issues.

• 5–7 + years

  professional experience in Python development, QA, or dedicated code-review roles.
• Deep knowledge of modern Python (≤ 3.12), testing frameworks (pytest/unittest), and profiling/debugging tools.
• Demonstrated secure-coding mindset (injection, deserialization, race-condition, and permission issues).

• Docker proficiency:

  build, run, exec, multi-stage images, volume mounts, container troubleshooting.
• Comfortable executing and validating code in sandboxed or containerized environments.
• Experience working with structured QA workflows (checklists, rubric-based scoring, ticketing systems).

• Excellent written English

  (B2 CEFR or higher) for clear, actionable feedback.
• Reliable remote setup: modern hardware, high-speed internet, ability to meet milestone deadlines.
  

• Prior experience mentoring developers on code quality, testing, or security.
• Familiarity with code-review platforms (GitHub PRs, GitLab Merge Requests, Gerrit, etc.).
• Exposure to large-scale refactoring or modernization projects.
