Senior Python Backend Developer (FastAPI | MongoDB | Microservices)

📍 Location: On-site only (Delhi) No Work From Home

⏰ Experience: 2+ Years

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on your last package and experience)

🔧 What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain production-grade FastAPI applications (200+ endpoints).

Design and implement RESTful APIs with versioning and documentation.

Work with MongoDB, Redis, Celery, and asynchronous programming.

Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe).

Optimize performance for 10K+ concurrent users.

Lead the migration from monolith to microservices.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture discussions.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django).

Strong understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

Experience with Celery, Redis, Docker, and microservices.

Knowledge of API security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways.
