Senior Purchase Manager-Real Estate

As a seasoned and strategic Senior Purchase Manager in the real estate sector, you will play a crucial role in leading procurement activities for our projects. Your extensive experience in sourcing, vendor management, material planning, and cost control will be essential for the success of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services - Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to optimize cost and quality - Forecast material requirements in coordination with project and site teams - Ensure timely procurement and delivery to support construction timelines - Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and stock levels - Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed purchase decisions - Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies in all purchase activities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector - Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills - Proficiency in procurement software and MS Excel - Ability to manage multiple vendors and purchase activities simultaneously - Deep understanding of construction materials, market rates, and vendor networks In addition to the above role and responsibilities, the company offers a full-time, permanent position. The work location is in Mohali, Punjab, and it requires in-person presence during day shifts. The role also includes a yearly bonus based on performance in purchasing and real estate experience.
