Senior Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process indents from branches in alignment with organizational budgets.
• Create and release Purchase Orders (POs) on time and share with branches/vendors.
• Monitor and close open POs after successful delivery and service completion.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with vendors and finance teams to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare procurement dashboards and analytical reports using

  Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps

  for management review.
• Support vendor evaluation, rate negotiations, and compliance with company policies.
• Drive process improvements and digital initiatives for efficiency in procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation for audits and compliance.
• Handle escalations and operate efficiently in high-stress environments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 5years of experience

  in procurement/purchase function (multi-location exposure preferred).
• Proficiency in

  Advanced Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI

  for reporting and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of purchase processes, PO lifecycle, and budget validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Language proficiency:

  Hindi, and English

  (mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
