1. Effectively manage external PR agency and budgets to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with company goals.
2. To act as the primary day-to-day lead for PR operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the PR agency, internal stakeholders, and media.
3. Efficient gathering and consolidation of inputs from internal teams for PR needs.
4. Timely circulation of media coverage and alerts to relevant internal stakeholders.
5. Handle the media queries received and prepare the required inputs in co-ordination with the content team.
6. Secure and manage all media interactions, ensuring spokespeople are well-prepared and on-message.
7. Track, measure, and report on all PR outcomes to demonstrate value and guide strategy.
8. Monitoring of possible crisis and help execute rapid response communication to protect reputation.
