Job Description

Test Development: Design psychometrically sound assessments for various purposes, including educational and occupational settings. Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate the reliability and validity of assessments. Report Generation: Generate reports, provide insights, and suggest recommendations based on test findings to various stakeholders. Research and Development: Stay updated with advances in psychometric theory and assessment methodologies and contribute to enhancing assessment tools and methodologies. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of assessment materials and procedures. Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements. Advanced degree in psychometrics, statistics, or a related field. Continued education and professional development in psychometrics. Expertise in statistical analysis methods and tools. Ability to interpret and apply statistical results to enhance assessment validity. Familiarity with test construction, validation, and standardization processes. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and address measurement challenges. Problem-solving ability in refining and improving assessment tools.
