Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analytics & Insights Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and insights, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement A/B testing experiments and surveys.

Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence initiatives.

Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data science.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
