Job Description

Role Overview:

Senior Project Support Officer (PSO)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive project support across the portfolio, ensuring consistency in PMO services and governance.
Manage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) across multiple projects.
Facilitate and coordinate project governance forums, including preparing materials, capturing actions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Support the implementation and adherence to project governance frameworks, processes, and templates.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; ensure timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers to ensure project control standards are followed.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and provide high-quality documentation support.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and communication materials for steering committees and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in a PMO or PSO role, preferably in IT or security-related projects.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
RAID management.
Proven expertise in supporting and driving
project governance forums
.
Experience working in structured project environments with exposure to portfolio-level oversight.
Proficient in using project management tools such as
MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
etc.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Exposure to financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
Experience in internal/external audits is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP / PRINCE2 / PMO certifications (desirable but not mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
