Senior Project Planner

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Planner with 6-12 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, a leading player in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project execution.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Proven experience in project planning and management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry, including relevant regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Asana.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
