Senior Project Manager - Refractory

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Project Manager - Refractory. The Senior Project Manager – Refractory Application, will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of refractory application projects across industries such as steel, cement, power, non-ferrous, and foundry. This role involves managing large-scale shutdowns, maintenance jobs, and new installations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and timelines. The candidate will mentor project teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in Refractory Projects
• Project Management, Expeditor, and Expediting skills
• Inspection and Quality Control experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Relevant experience in the refractory industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
