Job Title: Senior Engineer / Lead BESS & Renewable Energy Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies and provide technical expertise for Solar, Wind, Hybrid & BESS projects.
  
• Prepare pre-bid designs, energy modelling, and cost-effective solutions for Govt & C&I tenders.
  
• Perform technical & commercial evaluations, financial modelling (LCOE/LCOS), and ROI analysis.
  
• Support sourcing & negotiations with battery suppliers/OEMs.
  
• Lead BESS system design: battery sizing, SLDs, layouts, GTP, grid compliance, and RE integration.
  
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and project execution teams; review drawings & technical documents.
  
• Oversee installation, testing & commissioning of Solar/BESS equipment as per standards & QAP.
  
• Review tender documents, BOM, and customer requirements during pre-tendering.
  
• Track market trends, policies, and competitor offerings.
  
• Act as SPOC for clients; support invoicing, issue resolution & payment follow-ups.
  

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech in Engineering (mandatory); MBA preferred.
  
• Minimum 7 years in Renewable Energy with at least one 50+ MW project.
  
• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience in BESS.
  
• Strong analytical, modelling, negotiation & client-handling skills.
