The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring all objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets. Daily tasks include coordinating with teams, managing logistics, overseeing inspections, and expediting project processes to ensure efficient operations. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and leadership in resolving project challenges and implementing solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion. Competence in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services. Strong skills in Inspection and Logistics Management to maintain quality assurance protocols and smooth operations workflow. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills. Proficiency in using project management tools and software. A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the construction industry is a plus.
