We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale hospital and commercial construction projects. The role requires in-depth technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, BMS, and ELV systems, along with proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary MEP teams.
You will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, vendor coordination, and compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.). The role also involves close collaboration with civil and architectural teams to ensure seamless project integration, along with hands-on involvement in installation, testing, and commissioning.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Project, and Primavera P6, with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This is a senior leadership role suited for professionals who can drive complex projects under pressure and deliver them on time with the highest quality.
