Job Description

Sr.Project Manager Embedded Systems

Key

Lead and coordinate activities across
embedded hardware, firmware, and validation teams
.
Define project scope, milestones, and resource plans in collaboration with product and R&D teams.
Track progress using Agile or hybrid models; conduct daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
Ensure timely delivery of prototypes, design validation, and production release.
Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, and supply chain for New Product Introduction (NPI).
Report project status, KPIs, and performance metrics to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering and project management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s / Master’s in
Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering
.
8–14 years of experience in
embedded product development
, with at least 3 years in
project or program management
.
Strong understanding of
embedded systems, firmware, and hardware integration
.
Hands-on experience with
Agile tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary R&D teams and manage delivery timelines.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification
preferred.
