As a part of the Technology & Innovation practice within the Consulting service line at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the financial services industry. By leveraging technology, you will be solving complex business challenges and helping clients manage risk while improving their performance. Your role will be crucial in supporting core banking, core insurance, or core risk transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be the backbone of the team, aiding in organizing team and client according to best practices like Agile and Scrum - Assist in developing scope narratives - Coordinate project requirements, meetings, and schedules - Interact with teams in the development of project documentation - Help develop standard policies and procedures - Coordinate stakeholder engagement and consultation processes - Support in the development of project plans and identify challenges and opportunities - Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on all projects - Support the development of an operational readiness plan - Regularly report project status through various means - Integrate people and activities to perform project work according to approved plans - Assist in reporting towards leadership by creating required dashboards and reports **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (computer science, information system management, business or civil engineering, mathematics, applied economics, etc.) - Demonstrate 1 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting and/or the banking/insurance sector as a Project Manager, PMO, or Scrum Master - Experience in supporting IT transformation or implementation of banking/insurance solutions - Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle and experience in Agile teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira or Azure DevOps, and other relevant planning software programs - Strong analytical skills, client stakeholder management skills, and ability to build relationships through communication - Certifications such as Project Management Foundations (PMI) or Agile (Scrum, Product Owner) are a plus - Fluent in either or both Dutch and French, complemented with a profound knowledge of business English At EY, you will be part of a leading global professional services firm, where you will have access to comprehensive Total Rewards package, flexible working options, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
