Role Overview: The Senior Manager Project Management will lead the Project Management (PM) function for SCL Lifesciences Ltd. across all locations, including R&D and manufacturing sites. The role involves driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery of development and commercial projects, and maintaining strong cross-functional and client coordination. The incumbent will play a key role in aligning project objectives with business goals, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategic Management Lead and manage the overall Project Management function across all company sites. Establish project governance frameworks, SOPs, and best practices for effective project execution. Build, mentor, and develop the PM team to strengthen organizational project capabilities. Project Planning & Execution ¢ Oversee the entire lifecycle of API projectsfrom R&D and technology transfer to commercial manufacturing and delivery. ¢ ¢ ¢ Develop, monitor, and control project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure seamless execution. Drive accountability across departments to meet project timelines and customer commitments. Cross-Functional Coordination ¢ Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, SCM, and BD teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. ¢ ¢ Facilitate regular review meetings, track progress, and address bottlenecks proactively. Ensure smooth tech transfer and scale-up activities between R&D and manufacturing. Client & Stakeholder Management ¢ Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all project-related matters.

¢ Manage client communications, providing timely updates on progress, milestones, and deliverables. Support business development through proactive project tracking and client engagement. Monitoring & Reporting ¢ Prepare and present project dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for senior management. ¢ ¢ Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all projects. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency and delivery excellence. Qualifications & Experience: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Pharm / MSc in Chemistry or related discipline. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. 1015 years of relevant experience in Project Management in the API / Bulk Drug Strong understanding of product development, scale-up, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance. ¢ Experience managing multi-location teams and client projects will be an added advantage.
