As a Project Lead Landscape, you will be responsible for leading and managing all landscape design projects within the organization. Your role will require you to be a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in landscape architecture, design management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Landscape Design: - Develop creative and sustainable design solutions, considering site conditions, environmental impact, functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints. - Collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape design with architectural and environmental planning. - Client Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into design solutions. - Present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and collaborators. - Leadership and Strategy: - Establish and communicate design vision, goals, and strategies across projects to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives and client requirements. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: - Education: - B. Arch. / M. Arch. in Landscape Architecture - Experience: - 8-10 years of professional experience in landscape design, with a focus on high-profile, large-scale projects. - Proven expertise in the design, planning, and execution of a diverse range of landscape projects (urban, residential, commercial, etc.) This job requires someone with a strong background in landscape architecture, design management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating innovative and sustainable design solutions while effectively collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
