We are seeking skilled female professionals with strong system knowledge and excellent multilingual communication ability. The role involves coordination with clients, banks, and dealers across India, along with handling technical and software-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with multiple bank teams and dealers across India
Client coordination and handling day-to-day communication
Resolving technical issues related to services/software
Working efficiently with internal software tools and systems
Preparing reports, maintaining data, and assisting operational activities
Providing support to head office and field teams
Required Skills:
Strong system knowledge (computer handling, MS Office, software usage)
Languages Required: Hindi, English, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams professionally
Quick learner with good technical understanding
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of work experience (mandatory)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
