Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Co-Ordinator position based in Gujarat (Vapi) requires 5 to 10 years of experience in the Project Department. The ideal candidate should hold an M.E./BE Mechanical degree, with preference given to those related to similar fields. The salary offered for this position ranges from 35K to 50K, depending on the candidate's skills and knowledge. As a Senior Project Co-Ordinator, your main responsibilities will include validating client Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO) against the submitted offer, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying tender drawings, both area-wise and scope-wise, in conjunction with onsite conditions. Additionally, you will cross-check and validate Tender BOQ for make, specifications, size, quantity, and rates, while also performing gap analysis between tender drawings and BOQ. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing and updating project schedules using tools such as Gantt Chart or Bar Chart, as well as planning and allocating the required manpower for project execution. It will also be your responsibility to plan and arrange the necessary tools, tackles, machinery, and equipment needed for the project. You will be expected to develop and monitor procurement plans for billable project materials, as well as plan and manage fittings and consumables required for the smooth execution of the project.,
