As a key player in this role, you will support the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will encompass various stages of project management, starting from project planning and initiation. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope accurately, support in pre-bid activities, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate project setup tasks. Your role will also involve developing comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, cost estimates, communication strategies, and risk management plans. During project execution and monitoring, you will provide administrative support, manage project documentation and reporting, oversee schedule management using tools like Primavera P6/MSP, and assist stakeholders in financial monitoring using Earned Value Management techniques. Additionally, you will be involved in financial accuracy review, forecasting, analysis, subcontractor coordination, and procurement activities. As the project nears closure, you will be responsible for preparing project closeout reports, facilitating accounts reconciliation, managing project archiving, and collecting client feedback. Your qualifications should include a graduate or advanced degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, along with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in project coordination, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry. Technical skills required for this role include proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, financial acumen, schedule management abilities, and knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI. Soft skills such as excellent communication, interpersonal skills, prioritization, organization, and the ability to work independently will be essential. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including Project Managers, Project Controllers, Project Accountants, Commercial Analysts, HSE, Procurement, and Legal teams. Mastery in software like MS Excel, MS Office, Planning software like MSP/Primavera, and Power BI/Data Visualization software will be advantageous for this role.
