WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

In your role as Senior Project Consultant - Development for the SAP Experience Garage

• You'll identify and shape AI and data-driven opportunities across SAP, connecting technologies, teams, and platforms to accelerate meaningful innovation.
• You'll be responsible for driving enablement and adoption programs that empower developers and engineers to experiment, prototype, and scale solutions on SAP's platforms.
• your work will rely on research and trends identified by you and directly impact how SAP teams learn, build, and showcase AI-powered experiences, making complex technology accessible and actionable.
• You'll design and run technical programs and learning journeys focused on AI, data, and emerging tech - constantly improving formats to maximize engagement and impact.
• You'll bridge business and technology, spotting patterns and synergies between tools, ecosystems, and partners to streamline how ideas move from concept to showcase.
• You'll optimize developer and innovation workflows, helping teams leverage the right tools, data, and processes to deliver faster, smarter outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong understanding of AI, data, and emerging technology landscapes, with the ability to translate trends into actionable programs and opportunities.
• Experience in project or program management, ideally in innovation, enablement, or technical learning environments.
• Proven skill in connecting stakeholders and systems, seeing relationships between tools, platforms, and teams others might overlook.
• A mindset for optimization and enablement - you thrive on helping others build better, faster, and more creatively.
• Strong communication, research, and facilitation skills to design engaging programs, workshops, and showcases that inspire learning and adoption.
• Comfort navigating complex organizational networks, balancing strategic alignment with hands-on delivery.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with the drive to continuously improve how SAP develops and scales innovation
