Senior Project Architect

As a Senior Project Architect at NOVARCH CONSULTANTS, located in New Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in managing architectural projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed working designs, overseeing submittals, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining communication with stakeholders will be essential aspects of this role. Your expertise in Architecture and Project Management will be crucial to successfully lead and manage complex projects. Experience with Submittals and GFCs, as well as a strong background in sustainable design principles and innovation, will be key components of your responsibilities. While LEED accreditation is preferred, your ability to problem-solve, make informed decisions, and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders will be highly valued. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure in Architecture would be an added advantage.
