Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 3 to 6

years of relevant hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM development. The ideal candidate

will possess advanced technical capabilities, deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, and

a passion for building scalable and efficient customer-facing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

• Build and enhance custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning

Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Develop and maintain customer-facing user interfaces with clean and efficient code.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party services using REST/SOAP

APIs.

• Utilize tools like Heroku and MavensMate/Eclipse for application deployment and

environment management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Admins to

deliver high-quality features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the CRM environment.

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of existing Salesforce implementations.

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices and ensure code quality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (B.Tech /

M.Tech preferred).

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce CRM.

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.

• Advanced knowledge of MySQL, Heroku, and modern development tools.

• Working experience with development tools such as MavensMate or Eclipse.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.

• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
