Senior Programmer Analyst - MDM

Role Overview: You will be working as the Associate Engagement Lead at ProcDNA, a global consulting firm that focuses on creating Commercial Analytics and Technology solutions using design thinking and cutting-edge technology. As part of a passionate team of 275+ individuals across 6 offices, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future with innovative minds. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with different teams to drive data design, identify architectural risks, and enhance the data landscape through the development and refinement of data models. - Utilize your technical expertise in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation to create and test high-quality data solutions. - Lead hands-on development, including data mastering and configuration of tools like Reltio and Informatica MDM for HCP and HCO subject areas. Document complex MDM solutions, such as source-to-target mappings, match-merge rules, survivorship rules, and MDM architecture design considerations. - Manage and deliver data-centric projects with a specific focus on data quality, compliance with data standards, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Computer Science degree with 2-5 years of experience in MDM configurations within the pharmaceutical domain. - Demonstrate expertise in MDM concepts and the ability to implement complex MDM systems from scratch. - Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects with a quality-oriented approach. - Have experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise solutions. - Familiarity with Azure and AWS platforms is a must. - Knowledge of Healthcare data sources like SP/SD, IQVIA, and claims would be advantageous.
